COVID-19 April 2021 Update: Things have improved for many of our clients worldwide with the spread of COVID-19 apparently slowing down. Vaccinations have made significant inroads. Our dedicated teams at York Controls have been able to ramp up our service response times, with expedited shipment schedules nearly back to normal to meet clients' urgent demand for quality replacement parts and services. Our departments have continued operating at near normal production levels and our delivery and service schedules have not been significantly impacted. In addition to the Cutler Hammer DILA-XHIR11 parts and service support, we are pleased to be able to add several new lines of products and services: Expanded Service and Repair Support for New Product Lines: We now offer support for discontinued Abb products, including obsoleted and phased-out Telemecanique parts and systems, as well as the all-new for 2021 Benedikt-Jager product line-up. Rolling out starting during the month of April and May of 2021 York is pleased to announce the addition of repair services for automation products made by industrial controls leader Abb such as the NFZ31E21 spares. Related to this we have added to our service line-up the LP2D12004EDORLP2D12004 manufactured by Telemecanique and we are pleased to be able to service most Telemecanique systems and parts. Due to increased demand we now feature K16D21S24 by Manufacturer Benedikt-Jager as well. York Scientific's New & Featured Automation Replacement Parts: Featured for April 2021 York Controls has Totaline Brand P2820432 in stock, original and quality replacement parts available for immediate shipment. Spare units by Telemecanique such as LP1D259B equipment made by Telemecanique have been added to our featured items. As a tip, you can find the entire Telemecanique products line-up in our inventory by simply searching for "Telemecanique" in the search box. Due to increase in client demand we have now also available LC1D258U7 made by Scheider-Electric as well as the popular LP1D6511BW original spares produced by Telemecanique Servo Motors, Spindles, and Electric Motors Rewinding and Rebuilding. We have expanded capacity at our service centers to do complete overhauls of industrial electric motors and spindles. Refurbishment processes are held to stringent QA standards to adhere to or exceed manufacturer's specifications. Overhauls include motor bearing replacement, stator rewinding, and rebalancing. Additional overhaul and rebuilding capabilities of products such as the LEN01C003120A by Siemens and LP1D259B spares by Telemecanique are also now also our York Scientific's line-up of service offerings. This also includes the original RSC186AC120 Spares made by industrial controls and automation manufacturer Benshaw. |
